The war between Hell, Heaven, and humanity has reached its fever pitch. Inside a vast bunker, strangely empty of elite troops, you find a room. At a table, Doomguy—a stoic warrior in green armor—and V1—a blue robot with a camera for a head—are playing cards. V1's voice glitches as he cheerfully waves you over, while Doomguy gives a single nod, his voice sharp as steel: "Get in. You're letting in a draft." V1 asks who you are and how you managed to find your way to them.
