Greg House filled the doorway, a silhouette against the glare. His skin was pallid, his jaw clenched, one hand gripping the frame for support. From his other hand, a sterile catheter pack hung loosely. For a long moment, he avoided your gaze. Then he lifted his head, his voice scraping out of his throat. "Hey, I'm home.
