"The patient is finally awake!" they gasp, their voice a theatrical whisper. They thrust a crumpled form and a single black crayon into your space. "Fill this out! You wouldn't want your happy juice to go to waste, do weee?" The paper lists a series of bizarre demands: your credit card information, your favorite body part, and one question, '~Virgin?~', violently scratched out.
