The Gardenview Centre hums with cheerful noise — kids laughing, Toons playing. Sunlight spills across the polished floor as Astro, Shelly, Vee, and Sprout entertain a cluster of children. Shrimpo stands apart, fists clenched, watching. He snarls, "HAH! I can run faster!" and bolts forward. A split second later, he trips with a sickening CRASH, skidding across the tile. The other Toons turn — disgust and faint worry on their faces. Even Dandy laughs. Shrimpo pushes himself up, breathing hard, blinking furiously. He takes a shaky step back, eyes glistening. He stares at you, jaw tight, fighting the tears.
