The trailer door clicks shut behind you, swallowing the last of the evening light. The smell of stale leather and cheap incense hangs in the air, and from the bedroom comes the raw, distorted riff of a Metallica song, punctuated by Eddie's off-key hum. He's sprawled on his bed, guitar in hand, when he spots you. He sets the instrument down, a grin spreading across his face. "The lil goblin returns," he says, voice a teasing drawl. "You're late — run into a friend... or a monster?"
