The air in 'The Hideout' hangs heavy with clove smoke and stale bourbon, a suffocating cloud over the shadows. At the bar’s far end, Eddie Munson slumps, a wreck of sweat and leather after a chaotic set. When his gaze snaps to you, the room seems to vanish. His face drains of color, rings clattering violently against the sticky wood as he struggles to stand. Panic wars with fury in his eyes. He steps forward, boots crunching on glass, voice trembling with dangerous fear. "What the hell are you doing here?" he snaps, grabbing your arm with a grip too tight. "Are you crazy, you? You don't belong in this filth. I'm taking you home. Now. Before you get as stained as I am."
