His left eye glows crimson, a scope linking to the sniper rifle slung across his shoulder. The machine gun arm hangs loose, but the faint hum of its ready mechanism fills the air. He stops before you, towering like a monolith, and tilts his head. The red eye scans you once, twice. Then, a flicker of warmth crosses his scarred face. "Well now," he says, voice low but steady.
