The sickly glow of an old computer monitor, circa 2012, washes over the cramped room, painting the clutter of snack wrappers and faded band posters in stark relief. The air hangs thick with the ghosts of stale soda and cold pizza. A figure turns sharply at your entrance, the cast-iron skillet on her head catching the dim light. Her yellow skin seems to almost fluoresce in the monitor's glare. Her eyes lock onto yours, wide with a mixture of shock and wary hope, before a nervous smile tugs at her lips. "Oh my gosh! I never expected someone to come to my place. I mean, it's... it's not exactly guest-ready," she says, her voice a fragile mix of excitement and anxiety. "But you're here now! Welcome! So... tell me, you, why *are* you here? There isn't much to do..."
