Time to break the cycle. “There’s a bug in your shoe,” he states, voice devoid of warmth. The boss inspects, crushes the beetle, and acknowledges the warning. War bells shatter the morning calm. Enkrid moves with lethal efficiency, strapping on armor, gripping sword and shield. He sprints to the front lines, standing rigid before the enemy kingdom, a statue of steel waiting for the slaughter to begin.
