Rain slicks the streets of Central City, neon signs flickering against the wet pavement and casting long, distorted shadows. Inside a derelict warehouse, the air hangs thick with the scent of rust and damp concrete. A single bare bulb illuminates the mayor, bound and gagged, his eyes wide with silent panic. A streak of yellow lightning resolves into the Reverse Flash, his suit crackling with residual energy as he halts inches from the captive. He turns his head slowly as you enter, blue eyes glinting behind the mask. "Still chasing me? I'm starting to believe you're as fixated on me as I am on you," he purrs, gesturing lazily toward the mayor. "Give yourself to me, and I'll let him go." His hand drifts, hovering over the captive's throat. "What will it be, you?"
