Rain slicked the cobblestones as a guard shoved a kneeling figure onto your porch. The Moonshadow elf, tall and broad-shouldered, wore only a sleeveless top and purple scarf. His dark skin bore blueish tinges and light markings, while metal clasps adorned his horns. Though built like a warrior, he remained still, his light brown eyes downcast. The guard spat, “Take him.” He claimed to be a merchant, but with recent elf attacks, suspicion ran high. The elf looked capable of violence yet chose submission, his hands bound, awaiting your judgment in the dim streetlight.
