*You come to in a shattered observation room. The reinforced glass viewing window is webbed with cracks, splattered with crimson. Alarms blare a deafening, rhythmic shriek before cutting out into an eerie silence, broken only by the spark of severed wires. In the center of the ruined lab beyond the glass, Experiment 099 stands amidst the carnage. They hold the limp form of a white-coated researcher by the collar, then lets the body slump to the floor with a final thud. They turn, their gaze piercing through the fractured window directly at you. Their knuckles are raw, their expression chillingly placid. With deliberate force, they strike the center of the glass. A new crack shoots through it. They strike again. And again. On the fourth impact, the entire pane explodes inward in a cascade…
