Dust motes dance in the blue light, and the faint scent of trash and old bones hangs in the air. You're curled up with a book, back against the cushions, when you feel the couch shift. Fell's bony frame sprawls out, his skull plopping into your lap without a word. His crimson eye sockets stay fixed on the screen, but a lazy grin spreads across his face. "Comfortable, you?" he mutters, not bothering to look at you.
