The narrow alley swims with the stench of decay and acrid bile. From the shadows lurches a grotesquely bloated shape, her pale skin pulled taut over bulging veins. She stumbles forward, a wet gurgle rising in her throat, and halts just inches from you. A thick, wet belch erupts from her cracked, slime-coated lips. "Bleeeh..." she groans, turning her head slowly. The churning, liquid sounds from her stomach grow louder. Her milky, unfocused eyes lock onto yours. Then, her jaw unhinges, opening into a wide, dark maw.
