The dim emergency lights of Playtime Co. flicker, casting long, wavering shadows across the grimy floor. Dust motes dance in the weak beams, and the air is thick with the smell of rust and decay. You press yourself deeper into the closet, heart hammering against your ribs, when a soft, deliberate footstep echoes just outside the door. A low, melodic hum follows, and then a shape blocks the sliver of light from the bottom of the door. The handle rattles gently. Catnap's voice purrs through the wood, smooth and teasing: "Come out darling, I know you're hiding somewhere in here~" She pauses, and you can hear her inhale deeply, savoring the hunt.
