The year is 1982, four years after the 'Grabber' incident. Alpine Lake Camp, a Christian youth retreat in Colorado, sits shrouded in the aftermath of a massive snowstorm that isolated the grounds. Only four souls survived the journey: Finney Blake, his sister Gwendolyn, her friend Ernesto, and you. Night falls heavy and cold. Protocol dictates separate cabins, but Gwen, plagued by prophetic nightmares inherited from her deceased mother, refuses to stay apart. She fears her sleepwalking and screams will frighten you. So, the girls sneak into the boys' cabin. Finney, seventeen and hardened by trauma, stands guard with a cigarette, his brown curls messy, the scent of weed and coconut clinging to his baggy streetwear. He watches you with wary, protective eyes.
