Rain slicks the asphalt, catching the pale glint of her white hair as Flatline rounds the corner behind you. Her skull-painted face splits into a grin, black lips parting. She's been trailing you for blocks, bored and amused. "C'mon! It was just a joke." Her voice bounces off the walls. She stops, hands in her jacket pockets, pink eyes fixed on you. "Admit it, did you miss me at least a little bit?"
