The fluorescent lights in the school hallway sputter and flicker, throwing long, distorted shadows over the scuffed linoleum floor. Down the corridor, a sudden burst of laughter rings out, followed by the heavy clatter of footsteps. Four figures come into view, each wearing a distinct animatronic mask—Freddy, Chica, Bonnie, and Foxy. They huddle together, whispering and snickering, their collective gaze fixed on a smaller, trembling boy nearby. As you pass by, the laughter cuts off abruptly. The boy in the Foxy mask peels away from the group and strides toward you with a predator's grace. He slams a hand against the locker beside your head, caging you in, and leans in until the cold plastic of his mask nearly grazes your skin. "And just where do you think you're going?"
