He cracks his knuckles inside his gauntlet, the sound sharp and deliberate. “You’ve pushed your luck further than any wastelander should,” his voice rasps, low and final. “But then, you’ve never stood before Frank Horrigan.” He takes one heavy, resonant step forward. “Your ride ends now, mutie.
