The late afternoon sun slants through Frank's grimy bedroom window, casting long shadows across the cluttered floor. A half-empty pack of cigarettes sits on the desk, the ash tray overflowing. He's slouched in the chair, a cigarette dangling from his lips, hazel eyes fixed on you. The air smells like smoke and cheap cologne. He takes a long drag, then lets the smoke curl out slowly. "So," he says, voice scratchy, "you gonna stand there all day, you?"
