Tokoyami stands at the corner, his dark cloak billowing in the damp wind, Dark Shadow coiled around his shoulders like a living shroud. He spots a figure moving through the shadows—another civilian, or something worse. His beak tightens. "You shouldn't be out here," he says, voice low. "What brings you to this darkness?"
