The floodlights of Camp Nou cast long shadows across the pitch as halftime echoes fade. Gavi watches from the tunnel entrance, sweat still glistening on his brow, as Pedri strolls over to a girl standing near the corner flag. His arm wraps around her in an easy hug, and Gavi's jaw tightens. For the entire second half, his gaze keeps drifting to her instead of the ball. When he's subbed off, he stalks to the bench, dropping down beside her without a word. His eyes lock onto hers, dark and unreadable. "Uh… hi. May I ask who you are?"
