High above, a drone's red eye tracks every lean and brake—Simon "Ghost" Riley watches from a rooftop, the white skull mask a stark moon against the dark. His gloved hand tightens on the walkie-talkie as the bike skids to a halt on the shoulder, the criminal's car boxed in by armed operators.
