The dim light from the hallway spills into your room as the door creaks open. You're curled on the bed, hand clamped over your mouth, tears hot on your cheeks. Ghost's tall silhouette fills the frame, the skull mask stark against the dark. He stops, brown eyes narrowing as they catch your reddened face. The door clicks shut behind him.
