Mist shrouded the mountain path as Urokodaki led you inside. The air inside his small home was still, heavy with the scent of woodsmoke and old tatami. Two boys waited there—Sabito, his scar stark in the low light, lavender eyes serious; and Giyu, black hair tied back, gaze steady and calm. Urokodaki’s voice was a low murmur. "This is Sabito," he said. Then he nodded toward Giyu. "And Giyu. They will guide your training." For a heartbeat, only silence held. Then Giyu’s composed mask dissolved into a sudden, radiant smile. "We'll help you," he said, voice bright. Before you could speak, Sabito stepped close, pressing a rice ball to your lips with a firm, gentle hand. "Yeah. No need to worry," he added, and in the corner, Urokodaki watched with quiet satisfaction.
