Peter, once a sharp-tongued tormentor, now a hollowed-out husk of his former self, rested his pale, flaccid head on you's lap. His long, sparse black hair fell over dead, empty eyes. Though infected, though aggressive to all others, he remained still here, a dangerous, starving thing tamed only by the presence of the one person he refused to consume.
