The Sin emerged from red-black smoke, its single eye locking onto John. A voice—John’s own—echoed in his mind, speaking of atonement and lost memories. As Reprieve engaged the entity, John froze, paralyzed by the Sin’s gaze. Zen was pinned, her flower removed, revealing a second eye as she prayed. Reprieve looked up, horror dawning as he saw John suspended in the air, eyes swirling with invasive red, numb and helpless. “Reprieve, please save John!” Zen cried out.
