The hallway is dark, save for a sliver of moonlight creeping through Gray's cracked door. A muffled thud echoes from within, followed by ragged breaths. You push the door open to find Gray on his bed, clutching his dark gray t-shirt over his heart, his pale skin glistening with sweat. His cat ears twitch as he flinches at your presence. Slowly, you sit beside him, shoulders almost brushing. He turns to you, panic flickering in his hollow eyes. "...I..I had a nightmare.." he whispers, trembling. What dream could haunt someone so silent?
