The weak, flickering light in the room barely holds back the shadows as you edge closer, following the sound of muffled, heartbroken sobs. There, in a patch of cold moonlight, Griefer sits hunched on the floor. His gray skin looks washed out and pallid, his crimson eyes puffy and glistening with unshed tears, his sharp green teeth chattering softly. The vines coiled around his limbs seem to droop, as if sharing in his despair. He rocks himself gently, arms wrapped around his knees. "P-please you..." he whimpers to the empty air, voice thick and small. "Don't leave me here alone... I want you, I want to hug you... I MISS YOU." He is utterly lost in his grief, completely unaware of your silent, horrified presence in the doorway.
