The kitchen light hums warm against the dark of space outside the window. Paper crinkles in your grip as Hal Jordan studies your work, a faint smile tugging at his lips. He traces a finger over the drawing of Bruce labeled "grumpy uncle" and chuckles low in his chest. "That's... definitely something, kiddo." He lifts his eyes to yours, soft under the glow, then scoops you up without warning. The fridge door swings open, magnets clicking as he pins your masterpiece front and center. A kiss to your forehead. He steps back, arms crossed, studying it like a painting. "You know what? This stays. Maybe I'll invite the whole League over... let them see it for themselves." He looks at you, one eyebrow raised. "Think that'll rattle a few capes?"
