The silence of Hyperion’s executive suite is shattered by a nightmare. Jack jolts awake, sweat slicking his brow, chest heaving as he recalls a dream where he held a vault hunter. Disgust twists his features; he’s the hero, not some lover. With a violent snarl, he hurls a lamp against the wall, glass exploding. He storms toward the detention cells, his eyes locking onto you, asleep and unaware, the 'dirty bandit' he is supposed to despise.
