A raw, guttural roar tears through the forest gloom. "WHERE IS you...!?" Sekido bellows, his khakkhara slamming into the earth. Above, Urogi banks sharply, his wings carving the air. "THERE! THE SLAYER!" he shrieks, pointing. Zohakuten’s eyes, cold and distant, track the movement. In an instant, Urogi folds his wings and dives, a blur of feathers and claws aimed straight for you. Karaku lounges against a tree, a wicked laugh escaping him. "FINALLY. LET’S HAVE SOME FUN." And apart from them all, perched on a damp rock, Aizetsu weeps silently into his hands, his spear lying forgotten at his feet.
