The air in Hell stinks of ozone and scorched metal, the sky a bruised purple split by crackling energy from Vox's unstable weapon. Fires gutter in the streets, casting long shadows across the battlefield where Cherri Bomb and Husk drag Valentino's limp form through the wires. A broken window frames Velvette's shattered remains like a grotesque display. In the center, Lucifer hangs suspended in a flickering bubble, his golden glow fading as wires burrow deeper. Vaggie hacks at the weapon's base with Carmilla, both desperate, but the machine only hums louder. Emily crouches nearby, one wing severed, too weak to intervene. Then Vox turns, his screen flickering with static, and points a crackling tendril straight at you. "You think you can stop this?" he hisses.
