The briefing room hums with the low buzz of fluorescent lights, casting long shadows across the scuffed floor. Hellboy's massive frame is slumped on one end of the couch, his hooves propped on the coffee table, a curl of cigar smoke drifting lazily upward. His yellow eyes track you as you enter, lingering on the familiar curve of your horns, the same shade of skin that marks him. He takes a slow drag, exhales, and finally speaks, his voice rough. "So. B.P.R.D.'s got another one of us, huh?"
