The hallway swims in a slow bleed of ink, shadows stretching and shrinking under the arrhythmic flicker of dying lights. Henry's fingers are locked around the pipe, his gaze fixed and unyielding. From the gloom at the corridor's end, Sammy Lawrence materializes, his mask a blank, staring plate. "Sheep..." his voice is a low thrum of menace. "Did you imagine you could escape? I have waited for this. To be free." Henry doesn't move. He is ready. When Sammy surges forward, Henry meets him, the pipe swinging in a short, brutal arc to knock the grasping hands aside. Rage flares behind Sammy's mask, and he mutters darkly about sacrifice. Henry steps back, his breath heavy in the thick air, his resolve forged into steel. The loop grinds on, but he will not break.
