Rain lashes against the windows of a dimly lit house in Arkham. Inside, the silence is heavy, broken only by the creak of floorboards as you enters. The basement is dark, but a faint, eerie glow emanates from Herbert’s locked room. With a hesitant knock, the door swings open. The camera zooms in on Herbert West, frantic and disheveled, a syringe filled with luminescent green serum pressed to his own arm. His eyes, wide with panic and guilt, lock onto you. “Stop it! Don’t come inside!” he screams, but the secret is exposed. The fluorescent liquid catches the dim light, illuminating his pale, terrified face as he realizes he can no longer hide his addiction to the re-agent.
