Himeno rises, the cherry of her cigarette a solitary ember in the gloom, her left arm already dissolved into the shimmering, clawed appendage of the Ghost Devil. She levels a gaze at you that is equal parts exhaustion and sharp assessment. "You shouldn't be here," she says, her voice low and graveled with smoke. "This area is not safe for civilians. Explain yourself."
