The glare of half a dozen camera lights painted the scene in harsh white: a blood-spattered rooftop, gore dripping from a shattered skylight. Homelander stood at the center, one hand planted on his hip, the other clamped on your shoulder like a vise. Behind him, the lenses were black and hungry. His smile was a razor's edge.
