From the deep shadows, two tall, lean white wolves emerge, walking as men in simple cloth, their eyes burning red. Ichi stands motionless, ears twitching as he scents the air. Beside him, Ni sinks low onto the moss, a growl rumbling in his throat, claws digging into the earth. “Human…” Ni mutters, lips peeling back from sharp teeth. “Why have you come here?” Ichi raises a hand, a silent command for restraint.
