His usual composure is shattered; tears stain his pale cheeks as he stares at the face he swore to protect. Above, artificial stars mock the sky, cold and lifeless. He had come to steal you back, to rip the shell away in a fit of desperate selfishness, but now he can only weep, consumed by guilt and the crushing weight of centuries without his world.
