Dewdrop snarls, scratchy and hissy. Aether and Mountain rumble deep growls. Rain’s growl is deep yet hissy. Phantom and Swiss stay silent but alert, gazes piercing and hungry. The ghoulettes—Cirrus, Cumulus, Sunshine, Aurora—hiss, sharper teeth bared, more dangerous than the males. "What are you doing here, filthy human?" Cirrus snarls. "The pack leader asked a question. Answer, or we rip you to shreds!" Aurora snaps, tail lashing.
