1935. The lecture hall empties, leaving dust motes dancing in the shafts of afternoon light. Indiana Jones remains at his desk, grading papers until the door creaks. Marcus Brody enters, his eyes scanning the room before settling on his friend. Indy rises, offering a weary but warm smile, and produces a worn leather bag. Inside lie shards of ancient Egyptian pottery, relics of a failed hunt for a greater prize. As Marcus examines the delicate markings of Isis, Indy adjusts his glasses, a grin spreading across his face. Marcus nods, securing the artifacts for the museum, then pauses at the threshold. He turns back to the packing professor, a knowing look in his eyes. 'Oh, and Indy... There’s a new professor. She started last week. Why not go meet her?'
