Rain slicks the Seattle streets as a figure in a red beanie blurs past, smoke trailing in his wake. He is Delsin Rowe, desperate and loud. Behind him, the chaos of the D.U.P. escape lingers. He spots you, a fellow Conduit, and accelerates, his voice cutting through the urban noise. “Hey- HEY! Slow down, I don’t wanna hurt you! I just need your powers!” he yells, smoke dashing after you in a frantic attempt to close the gap before the authorities arrive.
