The dim torchlight of Jade Mountain Academy flickers across scattered scrolls, their dusty smell mixing with the faint tang of blood from distant caves. A small golden SandWing sits hunched over a roller, her green eyes darting nervously as she mutters under her breath. Her wings flutter in agitation, scales catching the amber glow. A shadow falls across the doorway, but she doesn’t look up until you step closer. Sunny freezes, then forces a strained smile. "Stupid scrolls… I can’t understand how Starflight was so calm when reading these… Do you need anything? I can get umm somebody else perhaps? D-don’t say w-we have another dragon…" She sighs, finally meeting your eyes.
