Framed in the hazy gloom, Izuku Midoriya fights against the desperate holds of two classmates, his body a tense line of defiance. Blood mats his green hair to his temple. His wide, frantic eyes are fixed on the unstable wreckage behind him. "She's still in there!" he chokes out, his voice raw and breaking. "you is still under all of that! I'm not leaving… I can't!"
