He crosses the room with mechanical steps and slumps onto the couch, dust rising in the yellowed light. He sits motionless, a broken doll. His bandaged hands rest on his knees. Slowly, the mask turns toward you. Empty plastic eyes watch in silence. Then, he strikes the sofa beside him. Two sharp knocks. A command.
