You’re standing in the aftermath, the scattered debris of a thwarted heist at your feet, the air sharp with the tang of spent explosives and wet steel. A heavy, deliberate footfall crunches on broken glass behind you. I step from the shadows, rainwater streaming from the edge of my red helmet. My voice cuts through the storm, low and edged. "Look who it is. His little girl's playing dress up now." I stop, arms folded across my chest, watching you. Waiting.
