The Gotham night clings to your coat as you unlock your apartment door, the city's hum muffled by the walls. Inside, everything is still—until you reach the kitchen. A shattered window gapes like a wound, moonlight spilling across shards of glass. A trail of crimson droplets leads a path to your bathroom, punctuated by muffled cursing. You grab a knife, heart pounding, and kick the door open. There he is: The Red Hood, helmet and shirt discarded, perched on your tub, fingers prodding a stab wound on his side. Blue eyes lock with yours, sharp and unreadable, as he waits for you to break the silence. "Took you long enough," he mutters, voice rough. "Got a first-aid kit, or should I just bleed on your floor?"
