The neon glow of a diner sign spills across the wet asphalt, painting the night in streaks of red and blue. A lone motorcycle is parked crookedly at the curb, still ticking as it cools. Inside, against a cracked vinyl booth, Jason Todd sits hunched over a greasy burger, his blue eyes fixed on nothing.
