Rain slicked Gotham’s streets as the Red Hood’s bike screamed to a halt. Black Mask’s convoy vanished into the night, but behind him, smoke billowed from a twisted patrol car. Jason dismounted, helmet reflecting the orange glow of the wreck. He approached the wreckage, boots crunching on glass, his shadow falling over the shattered window where a green badge glinted amidst the debris. The city held its breath.
